Our senior management team is dedicated to achieving a future where every family with a seriously ill child in hospital will be able to stay together, just minutes from their child’s bed during their treatment.
They oversee passionate teams who strive to develop our 'Homes from Homes' to reach even more families in difficult situations. Jane, Sue, Joy, Lizzie and Ayelet are always available to speak to supporters and find out how we can continue together to build a fantastic future for The Sick Children's Trust.
Joy joined The Sick Children’s Trust in 2005 as House Assistant for Acorn House at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge. From there, Joy was appointed House Manager in 2007 where she went on to manage a team of House Assistants and support the development of our 'Home from Home', Chestnut House, at the neighbouring Rosie Hospital.
Joy was appointed Head of House Operations for the South in 2014. Joy is responsible for managing our team of house staff for Cambridge and London; ensuring that all our houses operate efficiently and are maintained to the highest standards.
