Our senior management team is dedicated to achieving a future where every family with a seriously ill child in hospital will be able to stay together, just minutes from their child’s bed during their treatment.
They oversee passionate teams who strive to develop our 'Homes from Homes' to reach even more families in difficult situations. Jane, Sue, Joy, Lizzie and Ayelet are always available to speak to supporters and find out how we can continue together to build a fantastic future for The Sick Children's Trust.
Lizzie joined The Sick Children’s Trust as PR Manager in 2013 and has a background in both PR/Communications consultancy and in-house roles in the voluntary sector. She has over eight years’ experience specifically within healthcare and children's charities. In 2016, Lizzie was promoted to Head of Communications, and oversees the charity's internal and external communications, including marketing, publicity, campaigns and public relations. Her team works to raise the profile of The Sick Children’s Trust and establish effective relationships with supporters. Lizzie says: "There is nothing better than speaking with a supporter and finding out first-hand the difference The Sick Children’s Trust has made to them and to their family's lives. We have so many inspirational fundraisers and families with incredible stories to tell. It makes The Sick Children's Trust a truly special charity to work for."
