Just sign up for The SCT Lottery and every month you’ll be in with the chance of winning a cash prize. At the same time, you’ll be supporting families of very sick children in hospitals around the UK by helping us to raise much-needed funds to run our network of ‘Homes from Home’.

What you need to know:
- It costs just £1 per month to enter through a £12 annual direct debit, and you’ll be assigned a unique lottery number.
- You can buy as many numbers as you wish*, to give you and your family more chances of winning!
- The draw will be held on the last Friday of every month - the first draw is scheduled for Friday 30 November 2012.

If you would rather sign up for The SCT Lottery over the telephone, please call Lydia on 020 7931 8695. Similarly, if you have any questions about direct debits or any other aspect of the lottery, contact Zoe and she will be happy to answer any queries or talk you through your application. Alternatively you can print off this form, fill it in and post it back.

Once you have signed up, you will then be registered to play each month, and your entry fees will then be collected annually from your account until you notify us otherwise. We'll send you your SCT Lottery card, featuring your unique lottery number. Keep it in your wallet or purse so you can check your numbers every month!

Buying lottery numbers as a gift:
Lottery numbers make an ideal gift for family and friends. You can buy multiple numbers and give us their contact details and we will send their lottery card out directly to them. It’s a great way of giving your friends and family a real chance of winning a cash prize, while at the same time supporting The Sick Children’s Trust. Please remember though that everyone you buy a lottery number for must be 16 or over. We're unable to offer this feature through our online sign-up form, but if you'd like to buy lottery numbers as a gift, please call Zoe on 020 7931 8695 and he will take all the necessary details and process your sign-up over the phone.
