Promote your event
You’re doing something fabulous, so why not tell everyone!
A brilliant way to let people know about your event is by getting in touch with your local newspaper, radio station and television channel. So why not give them a call and tell them all the chocola-tea things you’re up to! Remember, we’re here to help you – we have our press experts on hand who can arm you with what you need, including a press release template and media contacts. Our team are happy to help, so if you’re struggling for time and would like us to publicise your event on your behalf please email firstname.lastname@example.org
. This is a great way for you to spread the word and boost your fundraising efforts!
Share your photos
We’d love to share your Big Chocolate Tea success, so please send us your favourite snaps by emailing email@example.com

Tell your friends
Are you on facebook, twitter or instagram? Well, get sharing! Social media is great for letting people know the fabulous fundraising you’re doing, and that you’re supporting The Sick Children’s Trust's Big Chocolate Tea. How about changing your profile picture during April to you with your favourite mug of tea or chocolate treat to help us raise awareness of Big Chocolate Tea, then encourage
your friends to do the same? Or why not create an event on Facebook and invite your friends along, or even take pictures of your weekly baking challenge and get your friends to rate your bakes? Don’t forget to tweet us @bigchoctea
