Luncheon and talk by Barbara Lovejoy 'The Floral Rainbow'
Barbara is a qualified florist who has studied Georgian flowers and their use in the Great Houses of the day. She is very interested in 'Period Design'. The talk 'The Floral Rainbow' covers various aspects of Georgian life such as architecture, interiors, furniture, porcelain, etc., and also demonstrates how flowers and plants were used in the Great Houses, their parks, gardens and conservatories. Barbara is on the Speakers' Panel for three counties of the W.I. and the Lace Guild, and gives talks to History Societies, Ladies Groups, U3A Groups.
