The Great British Duck Race
This event has been postponed. For updated information please email Lydia.
The Great British Duck Race returns on Sunday 5 September 2010 for a fourth year and this duck day looks set to be the best yet!
In 2009, the Duck Race set a new world record for the most plastic ducks raced together by cramming an amazing 205,000 ducks into Molesey Lock in Surrey - this year they are looking to break that record again! This is a great excuse for you to help them achieve their goal while helping to raise money for The Sick Children's Trust.
To adopt your duck on our behalf simply visit their website and click on the link to buy ducks. You can then select our charity from a drop down list. It costs £2 to adopt a duck and any further money you donate will come straight to us.
There are amazing prizes to be won as the first duck across the finish line will win its 'owner' £10,000! Your duck will also be entered into a monthly prize draw , so the sooner you adopt your duck, the more chances you have of winning!
