Registration fees are non refundable. Your registration fee covers the cost of administration, including your t-shirt, which you will receive upon signing in on the day.

Identification

Participants must arrive on event day with current, valid photographic identification, such as a passport or driving licence.

2010 Tower Power Challenge Cancellation

Should the event be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, The SCT will inform all participants via email and your registration fee will be refunded. All sponsorship money will be treated as a donation and retained by the charity.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Our staff and volunteers have a zero tolerance policy towards bad or unruly behaviour, such as bullying or harassment. Such behaviour will result in the participant being evicted by security.

Evictions

The SCT reserves the right to refuse an entrant attendance at or participation in the 2010 Tower Power Challenge. We endeavour to organise safe and enjoyable fundraising events and hope that you will help us in achieving this. Any person who is found in breach of these terms and conditions will be excluded from future SCT events.

First Aid

There will be professional first aid officers at the event should an accident occur. Marshals will be present on every floor and will be trained in dealing with health and safety procedures.

Personal Belongings

There will not be a cloakroom at Bridgewater Place, so please ask your family or friends to keep watch of any personal belongings. The SCT takes no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of your property.

Loss of chip timer

Once it is in your possession, it is your responsibility to look after your chip timer. Loss or damage will result in a £20 charge.

Parking

The SCT promotes a green policy on travelling to and from the event, such as car share or travelling by bus. Courtesy of Jones Lang La Salle we have been allocated car parking spaces at Bridgewater Place (the car park is by the residents entrance, underneath the building.  You will need to go upstairs to floor 1 or the atrium to start the race).
