Within these timeslots, you will be given a separate arrival and warm up time prior to your run. Every participant will be set off in mini ‘waves’ every three minutes. This has been put in place to ensure your waiting time is kept to a minimum in keeping with the smooth running order of the event. Details will be in your confirmation email.
