Cambridge Half Marathon

Please ensure that you read through the below terms and conditions and understand them fully before submitting your application.

To each successful applicant, the charity agrees to provide:
• One guaranteed entry to take part in the Cambridge Half Marathon, due to take place on Sunday 8 March 2026
• One complimentary charity branded running top
• Assistance with fundraising and PR where required
• Support with your fundraising leading up to the event

By accepting a guaranteed place with The Sick Children’s Trust in the Cambridge Half Marathon you agree to:
• Pay a registration fee of £30 and commit to raise a minimum of £300 in sponsorship for the charity
• To pay over to Sick Children’s Trust all sponsorship money within 6 weeks after the event.
• To notify The Sick Children’s Trust as soon as possible if you are unable to take part
• That you are entering the The Cambridge Half Marathon of your own volition and therefore confirm that your general state of health and fitness is good and that you understand that any injury, loss or theft sustained by you during the race/training is your own responsibility and not the responsibility of The Sick Children’s Trust
• By taking part, all participants confirm that they are happy for any footage or photographs taken during their participation in the event to be used to publicise The Sick Children’s Trust generally, including television, website and DVD/video broadcasts.
