The Big Give Christmas Challenge starts next week, and we have an incredible opportunity to make your generosity go twice as far for families with a seriously ill child in hospital.
From midday Tuesday 2 December to midday Tuesday 9 December, every pound you donate to our ‘Make sure no child faces hospital alone’ appeal will be doubled until we reach our target, at no extra cost to you. That means your support will have twice the impact, helping us reach our goal of £90,000, enough to give families 2,250 nights of free ‘Home from Home’ support this Christmas and beyond.
Every day, almost 300 children and babies are admitted to intensive care. For their families, life changes in an instant. Being close to their child is all that matters, yet many are forced to travel long distances, sleep in uncomfortable hospital chairs or pay for hotels they cannot afford. Your donation can change that.
By giving through the Big Give, you will help parents stay close to their child’s hospital bedside, surrounded by warmth, care and support when they need it most.
