Welcome to the Big Chocolate Tea Party
Getting involved with The Big Chocolate Tea Party is really simple and lots of fun! Just host a tea party filled with chocolate treats during April 2012 and send in any money you raise, no matter how big or small, to The Sick Children’s Trust.

The Big Chocolate Tea Party is about getting together with friends, family, work colleagues and neighbours over a cuppa and your favourite chocolate treat to help raise money for sick children and their families in their time of need. In this economic climate we need your help more than ever!

Last year thousands of people took part in a chocolate tea party and we would like this year’s Big Chocolate Tea Party to be even bigger! The money we raised enabled us to provide ‘Home from Home’ accommodation for the parents of very sick children while they were receiving vital care in hospital far from the family’s home.

We would like to help you make your tea party a success. Register today to receive your free party pack containing samples of tea and chocolates, invites, posters and recipes from our celebrity chefs.

How can I raise money?

We suggest you charge people a minimum of £1 to come to your Big Chocolate Tea Party and maybe just £1 for each chocolatey treat or cup of tea you sell. This way, if you only have 10 guests you can still raise £20 from the party, and if all our supporters raised that, we would be well on our way to reaching our fundraising goal and helping more families!

Every donation makes a difference.

I can’t imagine how difficult it would be if I couldn’t be with my child in hospital. Fortunately The Sick Children’s Trust exist to keep families of seriously ill children together. Get involved in The Big Chocolate Tea Party campaign and you can raise money for this fantastic charity while you have a good time.
