Support for families

Support for families

Our 'Homes from Home' provide families with so much more than just a comfortable and warm place to stay. Find out more here.

Families sometimes need us for one of two nights or may have to stay with us for more than a year. Whatever their experience of having a sick child in hospital, we’re here to support them and keep their family together.

On our family stories page you can read inspiring, first-hand accounts from families who have stayed in one of our ‘Homes from Home’. If you would like to share your family story, please get in touch with us on the share your story page.

We asked parents of premature babies who have stayed in our ‘Homes from Home’ what it was like for them and we share their advice in the peer-to-peer advice section on the World Prematurity Day page, and you’ll find our more general frequently asked questions page here.
