Join our fun-filled 31 day squat challenge for champions, suitable for all fitness levels, and help us to raise vital funds for our ‘Homes from Home’. Choose which team you’d like to join and work towards your goal from 1-31 January 2022.

The Sick Children's Trust Squat Challenge

Which team will you join?

The team that you join determines the total number of squats you will do throughout the month. How you choose to reach that target is completely up to you:

  • Warrior – 300 squats
  • Gladiator – 900 squats
  • Titan – 3,000 squats

Register below and pay your £20 registration fee. This will help us to keep families with a sick child in hospital together when they really need it.

  • Access to an exclusive Facebook group with your fellow champions to help keep you on track
  • Motivational content to help you through the challenge
  • A digital calendar to plan out when you’ll do your squats and record your progress
  • Tips and guides
  • On completion of the challenge we’ll send you a certificate so you can celebrate your success

FAQs

Do I have to pay to take part?

We are asking all participants to pay a £20 registration fee to take part which will help fund our ‘Homes from Home’.

Can my company take part?

Of course! Please e-mail corporate@sickchildrenstrust.org for more information on how to get your workplace involved in the challenge.

Do I have to do any fundraising?
