Anton Du Beke golf day a huge success

The Sick Children's Trust golf day hosted by Anton Du Beke at Brocket Hall raises £39,500 to help families with a sick child in hospital

On Thursday 6 July the sun shone on Brocket Hall Estate for a wonderful day of golf followed by dinner and live and silent auctions hosted by Strictly star Anton Du Beke.

Teams enjoyed breakfast, 18 holes of golf on the stunning Melbourne course and ended the day with a three-course gourmet dinner and wine in the ballroom of Brocket Hall, raising a wonderful £39,500 to support families with a sick child in hospital.

Anton was a brilliant host and after dinner regaled tales and anecdotes from his time on the dance floor…and golf course! Guests also heard from two dads, David Plane and Ian Bridges about their time staying in our ‘Homes from Homes’ and what a difference we made when their children were in hospital.

This fantastic day is set to be an annual event so don’t miss out on next year’s fun and register your interest today.
