How can I complete this challenge?
You will definitely be able to get your steps, so challenge yourself to walking 50 miles in our Home to Home challenge.
There are many ways for you to complete this challenge, remember it’s your challenge your way.
Here are some ideas:
- Is your workplace within walking distance? An easy way to get those steps in and start the day healthily or download a poster and get colleagues to walk with you at lunchtime
- Haven’t seen friends or neighbours in a while? Get some walking dates in!
- Walk instead of driving to the shops, post office or bank, keep your car parked
