How can I complete this challenge?
There are many ways for you to complete this challenge, remember it’s your challenge your way.
Here are some ideas:
- Is your workplace within walking distance? An easy way to get those steps in and start the day healthily or download a poster here and get colleagues to walk with you at lunchtime
- Haven’t seen friends or neighbours in a while? Get some walking dates in for the month of June
- Walk instead of driving to the shops, post office or bank, keep your car parked for the month of June
